CAD & Product Design

Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD used to turn a problem, a sketch, or a rough idea into a real, manufacturable design.

Prototyping

Fast iteration for fit, geometry, usability, and proof of concept before committing to a final material or process.

FDM Manufacturing

Functional prototypes, fixtures, holders, custom components, and short-run production on a Bambu Lab P1S with AMS for multi-color and multi-material parts.

Laser Work

Precision engraving, marking, and cutting on an xTool S1 20W, with a conveyor for long pieces and a rotary for tumblers and round items.

Jigs & Fixtures

Production aids designed around a real workflow — not a generic off-the-shelf holder that almost fits.

Custom Fabrication

Wood, slate, acrylic, printed parts, and hardware combined in a single piece where the job calls for it.

EVA Marine Flooring Engraving

You supply the EVA flooring; we laser engrave it with precision. Sent back ready to install, or installed for you.

Signs & Displays

Business, farm, property, memorial, outdoor, countertop, QR, branded, and custom signage in layered materials.

Batch Production

Repeatable small runs for businesses, corporate orders, and custom projects — consistent across every unit.

In the Shop

Design
Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCADEvery part is modeled before it’s made.
Measurement
Digital calipers, precision squaresParts sized to the real object, not a guess.
3D Printing
Bambu Lab P1S with AMS256 mm build volume; up to four colors or materials in one print. PLA, PETG, and other filaments chosen for the job.
Laser
xTool S1, 20 W, with riser base, conveyor, and rotaryRoughly 19.6″ × 12.5″ bed. The riser takes taller pieces, the conveyor feeds long panels and signs through in sections, and the rotary engraves tumblers and other round items.
Cutting & Finishing
10″ band saw, compound miter saw, circular saws, power sanderStock broken down, shaped, and finished in the shop.
Materials
Hardwoods, slate, acrylic, printing filamentsKept on hand, so most jobs start without waiting on stock.
Assembly
Drill press, drills and impact drivers, heat-set insert toolsThreaded inserts give printed parts strong, reusable screw points.
Workholding
Clamps and shop-built fixturesRepeat parts held the same way every time.

The Real Capability

The machines are tools. The process is the product.

A single project often moves through several of these capabilities in sequence — CAD design, a printed prototype, a laser-cut or engraved component, a hand-cut wood element, and final assembly and finishing. That combination is what makes a piece work correctly rather than approximately.

Not sure which of this applies to your project?

That’s normal at this stage. Describe the problem and we’ll work out the right combination of process and material.
