Engraved EVA deck, Edge duck boat

A full deck of customer-supplied EVA flooring, engraved panel by panel so the artwork reads as one layout from bow to stern.

Problem
The owner wanted the boat’s identity and waterfowl artwork built into the flooring itself, not stuck on top where it would peel.
Design
Each panel planned around the hatch, seat bases, and walkway: duck and deer tracks forward, the Edge Duck Boats mark centered on the hatch lid, a flight of ducks down the center runner, a retriever at its foot, and a wood duck on the stern panel.
Solution
Laser engraved directly into the EVA. The design is part of the foam, so there is nothing to lift, peel, or wash away.

Research vial storage stations

Client: CGB Research

Bench storage built around the client’s actual vial sizes, with the company name built into the part rather than stuck on afterward.

Problem
Vials of several sizes and supplies with no organized, professional home on the bench.
Design
Modeled in CAD around measured vial diameters, with graduated cradles and open compartments for tools and supplies.
Solution
Two designs: a full organizer tray, produced in two colorways, and a compact vial rack. Lettering is printed in a separate color, not painted.

Branded ring display cones

Client: BP

Retail ring displays carrying the client’s monogram, produced in three finishes to suit different display settings.

Problem
Ring displays that carried the brand instead of looking like generic store fixtures.
Design
Tapered cone sized for ring display, with the BP monogram placed low on the face where it stays visible.
Solution
Three finishes: white with a black base, black with a gold monogram, and white with a gold monogram.

Problem
Table-ready branded pieces that hold up to daily use and match the house identity.
Design
Each client’s logo prepared for engraving and scaled to the coaster face.
Solution
Consistent, repeatable sets. The engraving is cut into the stone, so it will not wear off with washing.

Design
A toothed clamp arm that adjusts to the frame, on a vented, stable base.
Solution
A universal display stand that holds the firearm securely upright.

Problem
Pill bottles, insulin syringes, and droppers scattered across a counter.
Design
Three zones: a pill-bottle cradle, an insulin syringe holder, and a center rack for assorted syringes and droppers.
Solution
A single compact caddy that keeps everything upright and easy to grab.
